Every book is made to order. Current processing time is approximately 2 to 4 weeks depending on order volume.
Shipping
- AustraliaFree shipping Australia-wide.
- InternationalWe ship worldwide, with rates calculated at checkout. US orders typically take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive via Australia Post standard shipping. Delivery times to other countries may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.
- Duties and taxesInternational orders may be subject to import duties or taxes on arrival, which are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns
- Made to orderEvery book from Gold Foil Books is made to order, specifically for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds for change of mind once an order has gone into production.
- Damaged or faulty itemsIf your book arrives damaged in transit, or has a fault such as an issue with the binding, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once the issue is confirmed, we will cover the cost of returning the item to us. A replacement or full refund, your choice, will then be arranged once we receive it back.
- Your rightsThis is in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees remedies for damaged or faulty goods regardless of our made-to-order policy.
